Atlanta Legal Aid Society's main office is located in Downtown Atlanta at 151 Spring Street. It is on the corner of Spring and Williams Streets.

From North Atlanta I-75/I-85

From the North Atlanta area, take I-75/85 South to the Williams Street Exit. Turn right onto International and take an immediate left into the parking lot. This lot connects International and Spring Streets, and is the best place to park when visiting our office.

From the South Atlanta area, take I-75/I-85 North to Exit 248-C, International Boulevard (exits to right.) Turn left at the fork in the exit on International Boulevard. Continue up the hill across Peachtree Street, and down the hill across Spring Street. Just after crossing Williams Street, turn left into the parking lot. This lot connects International Boulevard and Spring Streets, and is the best place to park when visiting our office.

To get to the Atlanta office from MARTA, take the North/South train to the Peachtree Center Station. Take the South exit (Main Library). Turn right onto Carnegie Street, walk down to Spring Street. Turn left onto Spring. Atlanta Legal Aid is at 151 Spring Street.

The Cobb County Legal Aid is located on the south side of the Square in downtown Marietta. It is accessible by Cobb County Transit bus routes numbers 15, 40 and 45, which stop at the Square on Roswell Road.

The Decatur office of Atlanta Legal Aid Society is located at 246 Sycamore Street in downtown Decatur. It is across the street from the Decatur Recreation Center and the public library, within one block of the Decatur MARTA station. Parking is available in the garage underneath the building, which you can enter from Sycamore Street. We are in Suite 120, one floor up from the lobby entrance. Turn left when you get off the elevator, then left again and go to the end of the hall. Our telephone number is 404/377-0701.

From I-285 on the North Side

Take Exit 39-A onto US-78, heading west toward Atlanta and Decatur. At fork in road, bear Left to stay on US-78 (not North Druid Hills Road). Stay on this road, as it changes name from Stone Mountain Freeway to Lawrenceville Highway to Scott Boulevard, for a total of about 2 miles. Go past DeKalb Industrial Way and turn Left at the next light, onto Church Street. Take Church Street to downtown Decatur (about 2 miles). Go past Ponce de Leon Avenue, and turn Left at the next light, onto Sycamore Street. Our office is on the Left, near the end of the block.

From I-285 or I-20 on the South Side

Take Exit 48 from I-285, or Exit 65 from I-20 to Flat Shoals/Candler Road (SR 155) and head north. Stay on Candler Road to downtown Decatur. (From I-285 it's about 5 miles, and from I-20 it's about 4 miles.) Cross the railroad tracks and bear Left onto Trinity. Go 1 block and turn Right onto Church Street. Go 1 block and turn Right onto Sycamore Street. The office is on the Left, near the end of the block.

Take Exit 91 to Clairmont Road (US 23, SR 155) and head south. Stay on Clairmont for about 5 miles, until it dead-ends at Ponce de Leon. Turn Left on Ponce. Go 1 block to Church Street, and turn Right. Go 1 block to Sycamore Street and turn Left. Our office is on the Left, near the end of the block.

Take Exit 248-C (Carter Center) and get on the Freedom Parkway. Go through the light at Boulevard. When you come to a fork in the road (near Carter Center), bear Right. Go to the end of the Parkway, and turn Left on Moreland Avenue. Go 3 blocks and turn Right on Ponce de Leon Avenue. Go about 3 miles to downtown Decatur. Go past Clairemont Avenue and turn Right at the next light, onto Church Street. Go 1 block and turn Left onto Sycamore Street. The office is on the Left, near the end of the block.

Take the East/West line MARTA train to the Decatur station. Exit the station on the Church Street side. As you come out of the station, continue straight ahead (east) and cross Church Street onto Sycamore Street. The office is in the first block of Sycamore Street after you cross Church Street. It will be on your left, near the end of the block.

Take 85 North to 316. Take 316 East to Sugarloaf Pkwy. Turn Right onto Sugarloaf Pkwy. Take Sugarloaf Pkwy to Lawrenceville Hwy. Turn left onto Lawrenceville Hwy. Take Lawrenceville Hwy (about 1.5 miles) to Camden Hill Road. Make a right onto Camden Hill Road. Turn left at the first parking lot entrance. Our address is 180 Camden Hill Road, Suite A. Camden Hill Road is the entrance to the Camden Square subdivision. Our office is near the Lawrenceville Branch of the Gwinnett County Library, Kids’ Discovery Learning Center and Lawrenceville Pediatrics.

From I-75/85 North (Downtown Atlanta)

Take I-75/85 to Exit 242, I-85 south. Take I-85 Exit 76 onto Cleveland Avenue and turn right. Proceed on Cleveland Avenue past South Fulton Medical Center until it makes a sharp curve to the left and turns into Irene Kidd Parkway. Take the first right immediately past the Moose Lodge onto Gus Thornhill Drive. This will bring you into the Wagon Works parking lot. Our office is at the north end of the building, to your right. Enter the building though the far right entrance. The office is on the first floor.

From I-75 or 1-85 South

Take I-75 Exit 241 or I-85 Exit 76 onto Cleveland Avenue and turn left. Proceed on Cleveland Avenue past South Fulton Medical Center until it makes a sharp curve to the left and turns into Irene Kidd Parkway. Take the first right immediately past the Moose Lodge onto Gus Thornhill Drive. This will bring you into the Wagon Works parking lot. Our office is at the north end of the building, to your right. Enter the building though the far right entrance. The office is on the first floor.

Take I-20 to I-75-85 South. Follow the above directions for I-75/85 North.

From Lakewood Freeway West

Take the exit for "U.S. 29 / Main Street, Fort MacPherson." Take Main Street southbound into downtown East Point. Turn left at Washington Road, which immediately turns into Irene Kidd Parkway. Take the first left past the MARTA station onto R.N. Martin Street and turn left into the Wagon Works parking lot. Our office is at the north end of the building, to your right. Enter the building though the far right entrance. The office is on the first floor.

From College Park

Take Main Street north into East Point. Turn right onto Irene Kidd Parkway at Hardee's. Take the first left past the MARTA station onto R.N. Martin Street and turn left into the Wagon Works parking lot. Our office is at the north end of the building, to your right. Enter the building though the far right entrance. The office is on the first floor.

Take the south line to the East Point station, S5. Exit the station and turn right onto Main Street. Turn right onto the pedestrian bridge over the MARTA line. Carefully cross the railroad tracks and enter the Wagon Works building to the right. The office is on the first floor.
